Refund & Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

What you may not do with the Service — and the specific obligations you take on if you use the cold outreach add-on to email businesses.
Data Processing Addendum
Where you upload or generate personal data about other people — most notably outreach prospects — you are the controller and we process it on your instructions.
Sub-processors
The third-party services that process data on our behalf, what each one receives, and why.
Which document applies to me?
- Everyone — the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Notice and Acceptable Use Policy.
- Paying customers — additionally the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Customers using the outreach add-on — additionally the Data Processing Addendum, because you become a data controller for the businesses you contact. The outreach-specific section of the Acceptable Use Policy is not optional.
- People we contacted on a customer's behalf — see Prospect data in the Privacy Policy for how to be removed.
Changes to these documents
Each document carries a version number, and we record which version each account accepted when it was created. When we make a material change we increment the version, publish it here, and email account holders at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the new version; if you would rather not, cancel before then. Non-material changes — typo fixes, clarifications, adding a sub-processor to the disclosure list — update the "last updated" date without separate notice.
